President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has restated his administration’s firm commitment to restoring national security and driving economic revival, assuring Nigerians that the country will overcome its present challenges.
In a personally signed Easter message released from France, where he is currently on a working visit, Tinubu described the season as one of hope, sacrifice, and renewal.
He called on citizens to draw strength from the message of Easter as the nation continues its journey toward peace and prosperity.
“The forces of evil will not triumph over our country,” the President declared, referencing recent attacks in Plateau and Benue States.
He disclosed that security agencies have been directed to respond swiftly and decisively to threats across the country, stressing that his government is determined to protect lives and property.
On the economy, Tinubu said there are early signs of recovery despite ongoing hardship.
He highlighted reforms aimed at restoring investor confidence, improving key sectors, and building a more inclusive economy.
“We understand the pain many are feeling, but we are working tirelessly to turn things around. A brighter future is taking shape,” he stated.
The President closed his message by encouraging unity, faith, and perseverance, assuring Nigerians that, just like Easter symbolizes victory over despair, the country will rise above its trials.
