Kevin De Bruyne has confirmed he will depart Manchester City at the end of the season, ending a legendary ten-year spell with the English champions.

The Belgian midfield maestro made the announcement via social media on Friday, expressing deep gratitude to the club, teammates, and supporters. “Manchester has become home. This city changed my life,” he wrote in a moving farewell.

Since joining City in 2015, De Bruyne has been instrumental in the club’s golden era, winning six Premier League titles, the UEFA Champions League, and the historic treble in 2023.

He leaves behind a formidable record of 413 appearances, 106 goals, and 118 assists.

Widely hailed as one of the greatest players in the club’s history, De Bruyne’s next destination remains uncertain.

However, speculation is mounting around a move to either Saudi Arabia or Major League Soccer in the United States.

City fans around the world are already preparing to say goodbye to a player whose vision, leadership, and brilliance defined an era.
