Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, will officially declare open the 2025 African Women’s Volleyball Inter-Club Championship in Abuja.
The tournament, set to run until April 14 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, will feature 24 teams, including debutants from Botswana, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, and Benin Republic.
Top clubs such as Al Ahly and Zamalek of Egypt have arrived, alongside host team Nigeria Customs Service.
Matches will begin on Thursday at 7 p.m., promising intense competition among Africa’s finest volleyball teams.
