Women in Abuja facing reproductive health challenges, including cancer, fibroids, and adenomyosis, will receive expert guidance at the Abuja Reproductive Health Week 2025, set to take place from March 26 to 27.

The event is being organized by Nordica Fertility Centre in collaboration with the Federal Capital Territory Administration’s Health Secretariat to address critical health concerns affecting millions of Nigerian women.

A key highlight will be a special onco-fertility session where medical experts will discuss the latest advancements in fertility preservation for women undergoing cancer treatment.

Doctors will be trained on best practices to help female cancer patients explore their fertility options before, during, and after treatment.

Another major focus will be fibroid and adenomyosis management, with an open forum at Nordica Fertility Centre, Asokoro.

Specialists will debunk myths, discuss treatment options, and guide women in making informed health decisions.

With reproductive health becoming an increasing concern, organizers say the event aims to bridge the knowledge gap and provide practical solutions for affected women.
