A serving corps member in Lagos, known as @talktoraye on TikTok, has alleged that officials of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), are threatening her life after she criticized President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
In a viral video, she decried the soaring cost of living, calling Tinubu a “terrible president” and questioning government efforts to tackle inflation.
She lamented that her NYSC allowance was no longer enough for food, utilities, and transportation.
Following the backlash, she claimed she began receiving threats from NYSC officials.
In a follow-up video, she shared a recorded phone call where an alleged official reportedly warned her to delete the post.
The NYSC has yet to address the accusations.
