Thomas Tuchel has unveiled his first England squad, recalling Jordan Henderson and Marcus Rashford while omitting Manchester City’s Jack Grealish in a bold selection shake-up.
Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly and Newcastle’s Dan Burn have earned their first call-ups, signaling Tuchel’s intent to blend youth with experience.
However, Arsenal prodigy Ethan Nwaneri, Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White, Tottenham’s Djed Spence, and Atletico Madrid’s Conor Gallagher were left out.
Chelsea captain Reece James also returns after missing Euro 2024, joining Henderson and Rashford in making a comeback.
Tuchel, who succeeded Gareth Southgate in October 2024, will make his England managerial debut against Albania at Wembley on March 21, followed by a clash with Latvia on March 24.
