United Nigeria Airlines has launched its Abuja-Katsina route, marking a major boost for air travel in the Northwest.
The inaugural flight, which departed Abuja at 3:10 PM and landed in Katsina at 4:00 PM, was welcomed with excitement by Governor Dikko Umar Radda, former Governor Bello Masari, and top officials.
Governor Radda hailed the development as a game-changer for business and economic growth, while Masari urged the airline to maintain punctuality and reliability.
APC National Secretary, Sen. Ajibola Bashiru, praised the initiative as supporting President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
United Nigeria Airlines Chairman, Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, assured residents that the route is here to stay, promising efficient and dependable service.
