Popular Yoruba actor Babatunde Tayo, aka Baba Tee, has confessed to a brief sexual encounter with Dara, the wife of comedian Ijoba Lande, after initially denying the allegations.
Speaking in a live interview on Sunday with socialite Esabod and TikTok influencers, Baba Tee claimed he was unaware of Dara’s marital status at the time and blamed alcohol for his actions.
His admission contradicts his earlier threats of legal action against Lande, who had accused his wife of infidelity with multiple entertainers.
Baba Tee revealed the encounter happened during a “Truth or Dare” game at his house and alleged that actress Marygold, who introduced Dara as a content creator, set him up.
Following his confession, Esabod urged him to formally apologize to Lande, which he later did via Facebook.
Meanwhile, Marygold has been accused of recording the incident, further fueling the controversy.
