Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has applauded women worldwide for their resilience and achievements as Nigeria marks International Women’s Day 2025.
In a statement on Saturday, she urged women to uplift and support one another, emphasizing the year’s theme: “For All Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.”
“It’s time for women to make this happen,” Tinubu declared, saying, “Let’s lift each other up, one woman at a time.”
She reiterated the need for a society where every woman and girl can thrive, free from discrimination and limitations.
