The Rivers State House of Assembly has granted a 72-hour extension for the Chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Justice Adolphus Enebeli (retd.), and other officials to appear before lawmakers.
The officials were initially expected to appear on Friday but failed to do so, prompting the Assembly to reschedule the summons for Monday, March 10, 2025.
The extension was approved following a request by House spokesman, Enemies George, during Friday’s plenary session.
