A joint operation by the FCT Police, military, and local vigilantes led to the killing of three notorious armed robbers in Filin-Dabo village.
Following a distress call on February 12, security operatives engaged a six-man robbery gang in a fierce gun battle, neutralizing three suspects while the rest sustained injuries.
Recovered weapons included an AK-47 rifle, three magazines, two locally made pistols, and other incriminating items.
The police assured continued efforts to curb crime in the region.
