The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), FCT Command has strengthened its fight against drug abuse with the creation of two new area commands in Kwali and Kuje.
FCT Commander Kabir Tsakuwa said the expansion aims to enhance operational efficiency in tackling drug trafficking and abuse.
He emphasized the command’s commitment to both supply suppression and demand reduction as key strategies in the fight against illicit drugs.
In addition to establishing new commands, the NDLEA FCT Command has intensified raids on drug hotspots and strengthened collaboration with other security agencies through intelligence sharing.
