Victor Boniface has become the highest-earning Nigerian footballer after agreeing to a lucrative transfer to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, earning €15 million annually.
The 24-year-old striker surpasses fellow Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen, who earns €12 million a year.
Bayer Leverkusen, his former club, will receive over €60 million for the transfer—triple what they paid for him in 2023.
Boniface will join global icons Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane at Al Nassr.
The deal is now official, with Boniface having passed his medical and completed the transfer.
