Horror in Orozo: Man Caught with lover’s Severed Head

Residents of Orozo, a quiet suburb of Abuja, were left in shock today after a young man was caught carrying his girlfriend’s severed head in a bag, allegedly for ritual purposes.
The incident occurred near a church during Sunday service when the suspect’s suspicious behavior drew attention.
According to eyewitnesses, a worshipper noticed the man loitering near a church window and raised the alarm. Congregants interrupted their service, confronted him, and made the gruesome discovery.

Disturbing images and videos, shared online by social media user Caleb Umaru II, captured the chilling moment.
Umaru wrote, “I got the shock of my life as we apprehended a Yahoo ritualist with a human head—his girlfriend’s—inside a nylon close to our church during service. He admitted the rest of her body is still in his house.”
During his confession, the suspect reportedly confirmed the killing, maintaining an unsettling calmness that added to the horror.
The brutal act has thrown the Orozo community into turmoil, with residents struggling to come to terms with the gruesome reality.
Authorities have since taken the suspect into custody, and police have launched a full investigation.
Meanwhile, residents and church members remain traumatized by the shocking crime that has shattered their once-peaceful neighborhood.
