Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that facing Barcelona in the Supercopa final will be a tough challenge.
Madrid booked their place in the final after a commanding 3-0 win over Real Mallorca in Thursday’s semi-final.
Reflecting on the victory, Ancelotti expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance but acknowledged the difficulty of the upcoming Clásico.
“In recent times, the Clásico has been unpredictable. We’ve had games where we won comfortably and others where they beat us 4-0.
“The final will be exciting, with a lot of talent on display. We’ll try to do better than Barcelona,” he said.
Ancelotti added that Madrid is close to its best form but emphasized the need for consistency in performance and results.
