Hon. Musa Olumayowa Yakubu (MOY), has celebrated the Executive Administrator, Public Service Institute of Nigeria, Alh. (Dr.) Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo describing him as a “living legend” in a birthday tribute.
In a statement issued on Sunday, MOY praised the ‘Aremo of Iyamoye Kingdom’ and a distinguished son of Iyamoye, Ijumu Local Government Area, Kogi State, for his exemplary leadership, dedication to youth empowerment and community development.
“Happy birthday to our esteemed father, Dr. Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo, mni. You are indeed a living legend, and we take great pride in your accomplishments.
“Your life and work inspire countless youths across the globe,” MOY declared.
He commended Dr. Obatoyinbo for laying a solid foundation of service, highlighting his contributions to job creation, sustainable empowerment programs, and community upliftment.
While acknowledging the challenges of following in his footsteps, MOY reaffirmed the commitment of Iyamoye’s youth to emulate Dr. Obatoyinbo’s impactful legacy.
“We remain committed to extending support to one another and striving for successful outcomes,” he added.
