Rep. Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala has reaffirmed the National Assembly’s commitment to increasing youth participation in governance.
Speaking at the inauguration of a new facility donated by Seyi Tinubu to the House Committee on Youth in Parliament, he highlighted its role in supporting youth parliamentarians.
Located on Mississippi Street, Abuja, the facility includes an e-library, physical library, and co-working space to promote youth collaboration.
Alao-Akala emphasized the initiative’s importance for empowering young people in policy-making.
House Speaker Tajudeen Abbas lauded the facility as a transformative tool for youth engagement, noting its potential to drive innovation and inclusivity in governance.
