In a festive gesture, Nigerian airline Aero Contractors has announced a significant reduction in airfares, pegging the cost at N80,000 per trip across all its destinations for the 2024 Christmas season.
Managing Director Ado Sanusi revealed this at a press conference in Lagos, stating that the initiative aims to ease travel costs for Nigerians and strengthen family connections during the holidays.
“Our prices will start from N80,000 to all of our destinations to enable families to reunite with loved ones this Christmas,” Sanusi stated, adding that the offer will remain valid until January 2024.
With current airfares between Lagos and Abuja ranging from N160,000 to N180,000, the reduction offers significant relief for travelers planning to journey home or visit family during the festive period.
