Barak College Matriculates 120, Urges Focus, Discipline

Barak College of Health in Gwagwalada, FCT, welcomed 120 new students during a vibrant matriculation ceremony on Saturday. Provost Mr. Bitrus Knigami charged the students to commit fully to their studies, emphasizing the college’s mission to produce healthcare professionals dedicated to national and global service.

Highlighting the college’s zero-tolerance stance on cultism and misconduct, Knigami urged adherence to rules and regulations, describing discipline and academic excellence as the institution’s cornerstone.

He also called on the Federal Government to support health science colleges like Barak to ensure their sustainability and growth.

“Barak College is here to equip you not just for personal success, but to serve humanity,” Knigami stated, adding that the college boasts six departments, several of which have already secured accreditation.

Barak College continues to strengthen its role in shaping the future of healthcare in Nigeria.
