Renowned preacher and founder of The Potter’s House, Bishop T.D. Jakes, is in stable condition following a minor health scare after delivering a powerful hour-long sermon on Sunday.
In a statement, the Dallas-based church confirmed that the 66-year-old bishop received immediate medical attention after the incident.
“Bishop T.D. Jakes experienced a slight health incident and received immediate medical attention following his powerful hour-long message,” the church said. “He is stable and under the care of medical professionals.
“The entire Potter’s House family is grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from the community.”
The church expressed its appreciation for the understanding and continued prayers from supporters, assuring the public that Bishop Jakes is recovering well.
