Alhaji Fahad Jakada Mubi, a close ally of Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal Dare, has criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state over attacks by its youth wing on the governor.
In an interview on Thursday, Mubi dismissed the APC’s criticisms as “empty noise” and accused the party of “chasing shadows.”
The criticism stemmed from a recent statement by the Zamfara APC Youth League, which accused Governor Lawal of mismanaging state resources despite having access to more funds.
Mubi called on the opposition to allow Governor Lawal to concentrate on the state’s development, emphasizing that the people of Zamfara had given him a mandate to govern and deliver on their expectations.
