The Federal Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) in Benue State, James Oche, has urged journalists to remain at the forefront of exposing corrupt officeholders.

Oche made this appeal during a courtesy visit by the management of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Makurdi Network Centre to his office on Wednesday.

He emphasized the vital role of the media in holding uncooperative parties accountable during investigations, placing them under public scrutiny.

Highlighting the PCC’s commitment to its mandate, Oche stressed the importance of collaborating with the media, particularly NTA, to educate the public on how they can benefit from the Commission’s work.

Acting Zonal Director of NTA Makurdi, Mr. Pascmom Mgbebe, assured the PCC of the station’s readiness to foster a strong partnership to enhance inter-agency collaboration for public good.
