The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC), Limited has announced the appointment of Adedapo Segun as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Segun, who previously held the role of Executive Vice-President (EVP) of NNPC’s downstream operations, is credited with key contributions to the sector.
Following Segun’s move, Isiyaku Abdullahi has been named as the new EVP, Downstream, while Udobong Ntia will now serve as EVP, Upstream.
In a statement, NNPC’s Board of Directors described the changes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate governance and operational efficiency.
“These appointments align with NNPC Limited’s commitment to building a unified and competent leadership team to drive operational excellence and support the organization’s strategic objectives,” the company said.
The board also extended its gratitude to outgoing leaders, Mr. Umar Ajiya and Mrs. Oritsemeyiwa A. Eyesan, for their service. NNPC emphasized its continued dedication to operational excellence and financial sustainability to support Nigeria’s petroleum industry.
