The bank’s Friday statement explained that a message sent to vendors about transitioning from its I-Supplier Platform to a new cloud-based platform was mistakenly reported as a system upgrade for customers.
The bank emphasized that customer services remain unaffected, with no disruptions to operations or transactions, and reaffirmed its commitment to seamless service delivery.
