Popular activist, Verydarkman, has released another audio recording allegedly capturing Bobrisky, a well-known social media influencer, confessing to bribing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to drop money laundering charges against him.
Verydarkman shared the audio on his Instagram page, days after stirring controversy with the first leaked recording. The latest audio is said to have been recorded on May 16, 2024, while Bobrisky was reportedly still in detention.
In the call, Bobrisky can be heard admitting to a friend that he possessed a phone in detention but didn’t want that information to be public. He also disclosed that the EFCC had been investigating his finances and accounts, and he claimed to have paid them off to have the money laundering charges dismissed.
Verydarkman pointed out that Bobrisky mentioned in the recording that his account had been frozen, contradicting EFCC’s reported claims before the House of Representatives.
