Former President Donald Trump has blamed President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for Iran’s recent missile attack on Israel, accusing the current administration of enriching Iran through its policies.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that Iran launched hundreds of projectiles, although no casualties were initially reported.

Speaking to supporters in Waunakee, Wisconsin, Trump criticized Biden and Harris for allegedly allowing Iran to amass $300 billion in a short period, which he claimed has enabled Iran to fund groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. He also referred to the Biden administration’s decision to issue a sanctions waiver in September 2023, which allowed $6 billion in Iranian funds to be transferred from South Korea to Qatar.
