President Bola Tinubu has expressed heartfelt condolences following the death of his elder cousin, Dr. Naheemdeen Ade Ekemode, who passed away at 80. Reflecting on their childhood, the President honored Dr. Ekemode’s 50-year career as a distinguished gynaecologist and former chairman of the Lagos State Hospitals Management Board.
In his tribute, Tinubu recalled Dr. Ekemode’s kindness, sense of humor, and dedication to his patients. “Your passing leaves an unfillable void, but the memories we shared will remain in my heart,” he said.
Offering prayers for eternal peace, the President conveyed his sympathies to the entire family.
