Chidimma Adetshina, the embattled Miss South Africa contestant, has revealed she isn’t eager to return to South Africa anytime soon. After facing criticism during her Miss South Africa announcement and pulling out due to allegations of fraud and identity theft involving her mother, Chidimma received an invitation to join the Miss Universe Nigeria pageant, which she accepted.
Since arriving in Nigeria over a week ago to compete, Adetshina has expressed her excitement about her time in her father’s homeland. In an interview with Cool FM Nigeria, she shared, “I think it’s safe to say I’m not going back. It’s been amazing. I’m not even looking forward to going back to South Africa. I just want to explore more. I want to stay longer and see what happens next.”
