Nigerian-American artist Shaboozey has reached a significant milestone with his hit single, “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which has officially become the most streamed song in the United States for 2024, as reported by Chart Data.
“Tipsy” has surpassed major tracks like Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” and Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things,” securing its position as the top-selling song in America this year. The track has also achieved the longest-running #1 spot on the Hot 100 in 2024, remaining at the top for seven consecutive weeks, overtaking Post Malone and Morgan Wallen’s “I Had Some Help.”
In July, Shaboozey made history by becoming the second Black artist, alongside Beyoncé, to simultaneously top both the Hot 100 and Hot Country Songs charts.
