The Comptroller General of Customs of the Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi, has approved the appointments of the key management team in acting capacity and redeployment to enhance strategic service delivery.
The national public relations officer, Abdullahi Maiwada, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
The statement reads “OA Alajogun, acting DCG enforcement, inspection, and investigation; IG Umar, acting ACG headquarters; OA Salefu, acting Assistant Comptroller-General, training and doctrine command; BA Makinde, acting ACG, human resource development; Timi Bomodi, acting ACG enforcement, inspection, and investigation”
“Following the statutory retirement of some members of the management team of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), the Comptroller General of Customs (CGC), Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, has approved key management appointments in acting capacity and redeployment to enhance strategic service delivery”
“A breakdown of the appointments and redeployment are as follows, Bello Jibo DCG Finance Administration and Technical Services (FATS); Olaniyi Alajogun Ag. DCG Enforcement, Inspection and Investigation (EI&I).”
According to the statement, assistant comptroller general of Customs, Bello Jibo; Olaniyi Alajogun have been promoted to deputy comptroller general of Customs.
BM Jibo has been appointed as the Deputy Comptroller-General in charge of finance administration and technical services.
Others are, IG Umar Ag. ACG Headquarters; OA SALEFU Ag. ACG Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC); BA Malinde Ag. ACG Human Resource Development (HRD); T BOMODI Ag. ACG Enforcement, Inspection and Investigation (EI&I).
