Lobi Stars’ head coach, Eugene Agagbe, has extended his contract with the Makurdi club.
His previous contract with the Pride of Benue ended after last season. He has signed a two-year contract extension until 2026.
The club’s Vice-Chairman, Dominic Iorfa, stated that the decision to extend Agagbe’s stay at the club aligns with the club’s goals to achieve significant success in the coming season.
Coach Agagbe expressed his delight at renewing his contract with the club and pledged not to disappoint given the opportunity.
He also conveyed his confidence in the caliber of players who will participate in the club’s 2024/2025 football campaign.
He emphasized that the decision to acquire the services of grassroots players is in line with the club’s vision to showcase the players on the global stage.
