Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has addressed the rumors of an alleged affair with Matthew Ekeinde, the husband of veteran actress Omotola Jalade. The rumors claimed that Matthew had purchased a luxury car for Etiko.
During an Instagram Live session, Etiko dismissed the allegations as false and aimed at tarnishing her image. She stated, “I worked for 99.9% of all I have. I don’t know why some people are bitter, perhaps they are scared.”
Etiko explained that she often buys a new car on her birthdays and that the photos with Matthew Ekeinde were taken over four years ago when she met him on a flight. She clarified that he was the pilot, and they took a selfie out of respect for him as a senior colleague’s husband.
