There is a glimpse of hope for Serbian Nikola Jovic to recover quickly from injury to be able to represent his country’s men’s basketball team at the Paris 2024 Olympics scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 10.

The Miami Heat power forward has reportedly suffered from injury, and became doubtful for the Olympics.

According to Mozzart Sport, there is a chance that Jovic could recover from his ankle injury and play in the upcoming Olympics, as he has started practicing individually with high intensity.

Jovic is recovering and working under the watchful eyes of coaches, doctors, and physiotherapists, who are sending positive signals to Abu Dhabi, where Serbia is stationed ahead of their friendly games against Australia on July 15 and Team USA on July 17.

Also, since Jovic is training in Belgrade and his body, and especially his feet, reacting well to the strong rhythm, there is optimism that the 21-year-old player will travel with Serbia to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
