Armed robbers on Friday unleashed mayhem on a man coming out of a new generation bank and dispossessed him of yet to be the yet-to-be-ascertained sum of money before they shot him dead.
Eyewitness accounts stated that the armed robbers trailed the man from the bank up to Phase II, Lokongoma right in front of the market where they double-crossed his car, dragged him out pumped several bullets at him, and took away a bag full of money which he had earlier withdrawn from the bank.
The Kogi state Police Command is yet to react to the development as at the of filling in this report.
