The Jigawa State Police Command has announced the passing of DPO Yankwashi Police Division, CSP M.S. Koko.
DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, the Police Public Relations Officer for the Jigawa Command, shared this news in a statement. “With heavy hearts, grief, and complete submission to the Almighty Allah, we announce the untimely death of Senior Police Officer CSP M.S. Koko,” Adam said.
The funeral prayer (janaza) is scheduled to take place at the Dutse Central Mosque immediately after the Juma’at prayer on Friday, July 5th, 2024.
“On behalf of all the officers and men of the Jigawa State Command, Commissioner of Police CP A.T. Abdullahi prays that the departed soul rests in eternal peace, and may Jannatul Firdaus be his final resting place,” he added.
The command’s spokesperson expressed heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and relatives of the deceased, acknowledging their courage during this difficult time of irreplaceable loss.
