Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has continued to lambaste controversial social media critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) following their recent fallout. The conflict escalated after VDM claimed that Ojo was not invited to singer Davido’s wedding but only to the after-party, a statement that provoked Ojo and her partner, Paulo.
In response, Paulo, a music executive, called on his associates, including Davido, Cubana Chief Priest, Tunde Ednut, and Seun Kuti, who have ties with VDM, to distance themselves from the activist or risk their friendship with him.
In a new video message shared via her Instagram account, Ojo directed blame at VDM’s mother, accusing her of poor parenting and claiming she raised “a beast, not a human being.”
“VeryDarkMan’s mother, you did not try. If I see you one-on-one, I will ‘woze’ you slap. You raised a beast, not a human being,” Ojo said, threatening to get physical with VDM’s mother if they ever met.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that VeryDarkMan is currently in police custody on allegations of cyberbullying.
