Following years of subliminal disses, Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s rap feud has intensified, culminating in what many consider one of the greatest rivalries in hip-hop history. Kendrick Lamar released ‘Not Like Us’ as a victory lap in this feud, and the track quickly became a fan favorite, breaking multiple streaming records.

On June 19, 2024, Kendrick Lamar performed ‘Not Like Us’ for the first time at a packed pop-out concert at The Forum in Los Angeles. The hip-hop icon Dr. Dre introduced the performance and joined Kendrick on stage for the diss track, which portrays Drake as a poser in American hip-hop.

Kendrick performed ‘Not Like Us’ five times, each repetition energizing the crowd, who sang along to every word. In addition to ‘Not Like Us,’ Kendrick also performed another diss track, ‘Euphoria,’ tweaking its lyrics to send a direct message to Drake: “Give me Tupac’s ring back and I might give you a little respect.”

Kendrick Lamar’s concert at The Forum marks another significant moment in his ongoing feud with Drake, continuing to spark conversations about its impact on their careers and hip-hop as a whole.
