Former Big Brother Naija winner Josephine Otabor, known as Phyna, has refuted claims by her colleague Whitemoney that she has received her remaining prizes from the show’s organizers and sponsors.
Whitemoney recently stated in an interview that Phyna, who won Season 7 of the reality show in 2022, had finally received her remaining prizes, including 1 BTC, after previously calling out the organizers for incomplete deliveries.
However, Phyna denied giving Whitemoney such information. She clarified on her X handle on Wednesday that she has decided to forget about the 1 BTC and is focusing on her acting career. She also urged the public to stop meddling in her affairs.
Phyna wrote: “Good morning everyone, this is to clear the air that:
“I never told Whitemoney what he went on to say on a podcast. I was surprised to see it myself.
“About the 1BTC, I have decided to forget and never talk about it anymore, as I am currently focusing on my projects.
“Please, I indulge everyone to stay out of my business. I am tired. Every day I hear I get things I didn’t get, I hear I’m dating people I’m not even talking to.
“You have to believe in yourself when no one else does. That has always been the life I lived. Enough of the assumptions.”
