President Bola Tinubu has approved the rebuilding of Governing Councils and Boards for Federal universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education, a key step toward improving the management and effectiveness of tertiary education in Nigeria.
The announcement was made by Nnamdi Mbaeri, Permanent Secretary General Services Office, on behalf of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. The newly appointed chairpersons are expected to bring a wealth of experience and leadership to their respective institutions.
