After nearly nine months, the autopsy result for the late street-pop singer Mohbad has been released, sparking massive reactions on social media. A certified true copy of the autopsy results has gone viral, confirming some of the findings that have been alleged to have led to his death.

Promise Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, passed away nearly a year ago, and the autopsy report has now been shared by TheCable. The report reveals the presence of some alien elements in the singer’s bloodstream. Samples of the gastric content, blood, bone marrow, liver, kidney, and lung were retrieved for a toxicology test to determine if there was any anaphylactic reaction, substance abuse, overdosage, or common household poisoning.

The anatomical and pathological findings revealed an injury on Mohbad’s right forearm and noted that his body was exhumed with moderate to severe decomposition. While the autopsy did not definitively ascertain the cause of death, the toxicology report found the presence of Diphenhydramine and an anti-histamine, although not in a fatal lethal range. The report suggests that a fatal anaphylactic shock (drug reaction) could be considered due to the absence of any significant post-mortem and toxicology findings, though it would have been easier to determine if his blood samples were tested shortly after he passed away.
