Passengers were left stranded at Lagos Airport following its shutdown due to a nationwide strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC). The strike, which aims to address various labour issues, has led to significant disruptions in air travel, leaving many travelers unable to reach their destinations.

The strike action, spearheaded by the NLC and TUC, has affected operations at one of Nigeria’s busiest airports, causing considerable inconvenience for passengers. Many were seen milling around the airport, looking for alternative means of transportation or waiting for further updates on the situation.
