Nigerian music sensation Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G, has doubled down on his assertion that Burna Boy currently holds the title of the biggest artist in Nigeria’s music scene. However, he maintains that Wizkid stands as the greatest artist of all time in Nigerian music history.
The renowned ‘Akpako Master’ emphasized that Wizkid has cemented his legacy as a legendary figure in the industry, attributing his unparalleled impact to his immense contributions to the culture.
In a recent post on his social media platform, Terry G made his stance clear, stating, “Muthaf**k the Big 3, ngga it’s just Big Wiz… ngga bum!!! Wiz is him.” This seemingly took a stance in the ongoing rivalry between Wizkid and Davido, asserting Wizkid’s supremacy in the music sphere.
Further elaborating on his viewpoint, Terry G clarified, “[I am] Not posting Wiz to chase clout, just reminiscing all he’s done for the culture!!! I’m contented with what I have worked for lol… but he’s him, I repeat!!!”
Addressing his previous comments made on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Terry G reiterated his perspective, affirming, “Yeah currently, Burna is the biggest, but when it comes to all timer, I’ll give it to Wiz… y’all can’t deny the works and the legendary status he built for himself… WIZ is him!”
