Omowunmi, wife of the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has refuted rumors suggesting she underwent secret DNA tests for her son, Liam.
Dismissing reports circulating in certain media circles, Omowunmi clarified that there had been no such DNA tests conducted on Liam at any point, contradicting earlier speculation.
Speaking to SaharaReporters, Omowunmi categorically stated, “It is a lie,” countering the allegations that had surfaced.
Speculation arose from purported claims that Omowunmi’s father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, was adamant about a DNA test to confirm Liam’s paternity. However, Omowunmi clarified her stance, expressing her refusal to entertain the idea of a DNA test any longer.
While she had previously expressed openness to the test, Omowunmi emphasized that only her late husband had the authority to request such a test from her. She asserted that Mohbad was her only intimate partner, highlighting their exclusive relationship and stating that Mohbad was the sole man she had been with, underscoring her fidelity to him.
