Former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan believes that Michael Olise and Ebere Eze are likely to depart the club during the upcoming summer transfer window. Both players have been standout performers for Crystal Palace in the current Premier League season. Jordan suggests that Olise and Eze could each command transfer fees in the region of £60 million.

In an interview, Jordan highlighted the challenge facing Palace manager Oliver Glasner, particularly regarding the potential departures of Olise and Eze. He emphasized the importance of identifying suitable replacements should the duo leave the club.

Regarding Olise, who signed a new contract last year, Jordan speculated that the extension was primarily aimed at protecting Palace’s valuation of the player for future negotiations. However, he indicated that Eze might be more difficult to retain, suggesting that Palace may struggle to prevent his departure.

Jordan expressed his opinion on Palace’s approach to potential transfers, suggesting that the club should aim to maximize the value received for Olise and Eze if they were to be sold. He emphasized the importance of negotiating with potential buyers to secure the best possible deal for Palace.

While Jordan indicated a willingness to sell to certain clubs, such as West Ham, he suggested that Palace should demand significant fees from larger clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, or Arsenal. He acknowledged that players may be more inclined to move to bigger clubs, presenting a challenge for Palace in retaining their top talents.
