Ghanaian singer Jackline Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie, has revealed that she is not open to dating anyone within her industry.
In a recent interview with 3FM in Accra, Gyakie shared her perspective on relationships, expressing concerns about the challenges of dating someone in the same field.
“Love is a beautiful thing. I wouldn’t say it’s wrong, but at the same time, right now, I wouldn’t advise myself to be with someone in my industry,” she stated.
While Gyakie has not been publicly linked to any romantic relationships, rumors circulated in 2021 suggesting a connection between her and Nigerian singer Omah Lay. However, it was later clarified that these rumors were merely promotional stunts for their collaboration on the ‘Forever’ remix.
