Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has revealed that he holds no regrets about leaving Inter Milan. Despite being a part of the Champions League finalist team at Inter, the Cameroonian goalie expressed satisfaction with his decision to move to mid-table United.

Onana, reflecting on Inter’s impending league victory, was asked whether he felt he erred in choosing United over staying at Inter. He responded, stating, “I am happy where I am. But I am really happy for Inter, a fantastic team with amazing players and an excellent coach. It’s thrilling to think about what we achieved together last season.”

Acknowledging his fondness for Inter, Onana described the club as a family and expressed love for the fans, wishing them success. He emphasized, “Regrets? No, I’m happy at Manchester United. But I’m so happy for Inter, the club is incredible, and this team is fantastic.”

Onana also highlighted his recent visit to his former team, stating, “That’s why I came here.”

Despite acknowledging his slow start at Old Trafford, Onana remains confident that his true abilities will emerge once his temporary form slump dissipates. Having played a crucial role in Inter’s journey to the UEFA Champions League final and previously excelling at Ajax, the Cameroon international aims to showcase his quality in England.
