The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has informed applicants registered for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) to print their examination notification slips. Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the spokesperson for JAMB, disclosed this announcement in Abuja on Thursday.
Dr. Benjamin emphasized that the 2024 UTME notification slip, containing crucial details such as the examination date, venue, and time, is now available for printing. He urged all candidates enrolled for the 2024 UTME, commencing on Friday, April 19, to promptly print their notification slips before the deadline.
“It is essential for candidates to be aware of the specific date, location, and time of their respective exams, along with other pertinent information,” he emphasized.
To access and print the notification slip, candidates are directed to visit the JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng, navigate to the “2024 UTME Slip Printing” section, enter their registration number, and proceed to print the slip. Dr. Benjamin clarified that candidates can print the slip from any location with internet access, using an internet-enabled computer.
He underscored the importance of printing the slip on or before Friday, April 19th, to enable candidates to locate their examination centers and ensure punctuality for their scheduled exams.
The 2024 UTME is scheduled to commence on Friday, April 19, and conclude on Monday, April 29. JAMB’s notification regarding the availability of the examination slip aims to facilitate a smooth and well-prepared examination process for all candidates.
