Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State issued a stern warning to local government chairmen in the state for disrespecting him amidst his crisis with Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
During the commissioning of the Comprehensive Primary Healthcare Centre, Governor Fubara directly addressed Vincent Job, the Local Government Chairman of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni, cautioning him about the consequences of disloyalty.
Expressing surprise at Job’s presence given previous instances of local government chairmen abstaining from state government events, Fubara cautioned against disloyalty and warned that those who disrespect him will face consequences.
He emphasized the importance of loyalty and doing what is right, indicating that those who choose otherwise will suffer the consequences of their actions. Governor Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to leading the state towards its goals and making its people proud.
