Stanley Ontop, a movie producer, has accused self-proclaimed activist VeryDarkMan of defamation, alleging that he was paid by Adanma Luke to tarnish his name. The controversy stems from a recent boat accident on the River Niger, which claimed the lives of several individuals, including actor Junior Pope.
Following the tragic incident, VeryDarkMan took to social media to call for the arrest of a movie producer, implicating him in the delay of getting Junior Pope to the hospital after he was rescued from the river.
Ontop has now spoken out against these accusations, asserting that they are baseless and aimed at damaging his reputation. He alleges that Adanma Luke orchestrated the smear campaign against him.
