Bobrisky Arrives at Court for Naira Abuse Trial

Bobrisky, the controversial Nigerian crossdresser, was seen arriving at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos state on Friday for his trial concerning accusations of naira abuse and money laundering.

The social media personality was apprehended on Wednesday night in Lagos for purportedly mishandling naira notes.

Following his arrest, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) lodged a six-count charge against Bobrisky, also known as Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye. Among these charges, four are related to alleged naira abuse, while the remaining two involve purported money laundering.

Bobrisky is scheduled to appear before Abimbola Awogboro, the presiding judge, for arraignment.
